RecoverMore is a DBA of A4D LLC. References to "RecoverMore," "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refer to A4D LLC dba RecoverMore.

Use of this Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Justice and Action or any attorney. Any information you submit through the Site will be shared with third-party legal professionals who may contact you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUSTICE AND ACTION BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
9. Communications Consent
Communications consent is collected separately for voice/telephone calls and for SMS text messages. Consent for one does not constitute consent for the other.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
